Learn to find inner peace and stillness, slow down, and be in the moment by bringing your body, mind, and spirit into harmony.

Practicing meditation on a daily basis allows you to weave silence and stillness into your mind and body to create a life of greater compassion and fulfillment. 

If you have often wondered what meditation is all about or would like to jump start your practice, this class is for you! 

You will learn about:

  • The antidote to stress
  • Basics of meditation
  • Primordial Sound Meditation
  • Get answers to all of your meditation questions

After a guided meditation, we will have a Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga class*. In addition to exploring a deep state of body-centered awareness, you will experience:

  • The spiritual law of the day
  • Pranayama breathing techniques
  • Strength, flexibility, and balance postures
  • Chakra opening exercises
  • Increased vitality
  • Mind-body integration
  • Infinite possibilities

*Please bring your own yoga mat.

Diana is a health and wellness educator with certifications in Primordial Sound Meditation and The Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga from The Chopra Center for Wellbeing in San Diego, California.

Formerly in the computer industry, Diana began her quest for healthier living in 2012.  Having seen first-hand the health benefits of yoga and meditation, she came to the realization that her purpose in life was to teach others to heal themselves.  With her gentle easy approach to instruction mixed with the flare for fun and enthusiasm, Diana will inspire even the most apprehensive student to embrace these ancient healing practices!
