Have you wondered, "If only I could get to the bottom of ___!"  Learning about your Chakras and the energetic pathways can guide you to the source of your pain, challenges and even your physical ailments.  Discover a deeper connection to your Chakras!


Learn to clear and bring balance by Decoding Your Chakras at this wonderful workshop at the beautiful, private Goddess Studio, with Josette Diaz RMT-- Balance Coach, Teacher and Reiki Practitioner and founder of Guidance to Wellness!

The morning will be a Discovery Session:  

You will learn:

  • The function of each Chakra
  • The physical manifestations that can occur due to an imbalanced Chakra
  • Identify what Chakras you need to heal
  • What Crystals and Essential Oils can be used for each Chakra



The afternoon will be a Creative Session:

You will intuitively paint on a 3x3 canvas the reflection of your healed Chakra!  Each canvas will connect together and we will place your Discovery Session Affirmation on the back
