   Sabbats are the eight sacred days of the “Wheel of the Year” that correspond to the cycles of our Mother Earth and the passage of regular celestial events that mark the turning of the seasons for our planet. The Goddess Studio is honored to host Ceremonialist, Fox, who will be guiding us in rituals to honor these annual holy days: Imbolc, Spring Equinox, Summer Solstice, Lammas, Fall Equinox, and Winter Solstice. (Beltane and Samhain will be celebrated as our usual Awaken Your Inner Goddess retreats).   Join US!

Each ritual will be led by Fox and other guest priestesses. Our eclectic rites will include lore, meditation, chanting, circle casting and various ritual activities. Always different - always changing - as are we!

The Eleusinian Mysteries

These were initiation ceremonies held every year for the cult of Demeter and her daughter, Persephone. Of all the mysteries celebrated in ancient times, these were held to be the ones of greatest importance. The rites, ceremonies, and beliefs were kept secret, as initiation was believed to unite the worshipper with the gods and included promises of divine power and rewards in the afterlife.
