“Funky-Ballet-for-Mature-Women” is a group of women who revel in dancing and who are united in a class of fun, dance and laughter. This class is for the mature woman, with or without dance experience, to explore several forms of dancing. Even though we are not inspiring to audition for Broadway, we strive to do movements technically correct. We further try to achieve the correct alignment of our bodies to optimize our health. This class endeavors to strengthen the body, improve flexibility and balance. This class is taught by Jenitta ~ a lovely, light-hearted, lithe and limber lady! She has been dancing all her life and heartily enjoys sharing her enthusiasm of dance!
